Question: is it true for when u have bought your own home, then wish to rent interstate, that agencies make it harder for you? my sistern-in-law got knocked back so many times because of this reason Am i going to have the same problem?
Hi Karen, It shouldn’t be the case, however rental agencies are looking for a previous rental history as well as referees from past rentals, if you prepare a full loan repayment schedule and show references from the managing agent here you ought to compete on a level playing field.
