It appears that banks wont let you pick your own tradies and builder, and demand you get a "package builder" to do everything, at a sometimes highly inflated price. Are there loan providers out there that allow you to owner build - in the sense that you can pick your own tradies and manage the project yourself? (I can't seem to find any) Many thanks in advance
