I received a letter recently saying that there is an error in the agreement that I signed with my agent saying I do not have to pay any commission or expenses - who should I speak to about this issue?
Hi William, this may be correct. The new real estate laws have some extremely heavy consequences for not complying and depending what the error is, the advice could be correct.
