Question: Now that the Christmas/New Year break is behind us, how do you see the Adelaide market in terms of seeling a property?

In November, auction clearance rates were about 50%. Is auction still the best way to go given that stat?

There will not be any remarkable changes over the next few months, interest rates will hold steady for a while and some more optimism will return to the market, Auction clearances may remain little as people return to normal business in February and beyond.
