G'day Toopie..Ijust bought a 3 bdroom place in Dudley Park for 290k..wondering what you think of the suburbs future potential..Im hoping that it was a good buy!!!
This sounds like a good buy anything under $300k in a suburb that is still close to the city and on good transport corridor has got to serve you well over 5-10 years!
